How long is the contract term?
We offer month-to-month and annual agreements. Annual contracts come with a 10% discount. We don't believe in locking you into long-term contracts you can't exit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time, and the new pricing takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I have more endpoints than the plan allows?
Additional endpoints can be added at $15-25 per endpoint per month, depending on your plan level. We'll work with you to find the most cost-effective configuration.
